PropPulse and its operators accept no liability for any loss, damages, or consequences arising from use of or reliance on this data, including but not limited to investment losses.

All data is sourced from publicly available Australian Government APIs and datasets. Source attribution is included in every report.

Use is subject to subscription tier rate limits. Bulk scraping, redistribution, or creating derivative APIs without a commercial agreement is prohibited.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime in your dashboard. Refunds available within 14 days of payment by emailing support@proppulse.dev.
