Official Australian Government datasets — primarily ABS Census 2021, SEIFA, ATO postcode statistics, and Geoscience Australia. The same source banks rely on, cleaned and made decision-ready so you don't need a data team to interpret it.

Census-based metrics are gathered every 5 years (2021 is current) and represent every household in the country. Market price data is updated quarterly from ABS RES_DWELL.
